»» Celebrating Halloween and Celtic Traditions in Lombardy

It’s known that Halloween doesn’t belong to the Italian tradition, so there are not so many Halloween-themed events in Italy. Among these few ones, we suggest “Witches in Selvino“, in the town of Selvino, surroundings of Bergamo, not so far from Milan.

It’s a typical Halloween celebration, with costumes, bloody drinks and pumpkin lanterns, starting in the evening of October 31 and runs through the following day.
For the fonds of Celtic traditions, living or staying in Lombardy area, we suggest also the annual celebration of the Celtic New Year in Milano, at Castello Sforzesco; October28 - 30.

Many could find being close to the Halloween theme, the Pumpkin and Courgette Fair, held in the town of Salzano near Venice, from October 27 to November 5.
