»» Roses Exhibition in the Hearth of Lombardy
In the hearth of Lombardy, in an area included between Lake Iseo and Lake Garda, a prestigious exhibition of roses and perennial plants, will be held this week-end May 19-21.
The event, “Franciacorta in Fiore“, is taking place in Cazzago S.Martino, town located in the Franciacorta, an area famed for the production of appreciated wines.
But this land also boasts a wealth of castles, villas, churches, and other relevant historical sites. And one of the most prominent villas in the area, Villa Maggi, will host the event.
A visit at Villa Maggi’s farm and wine estate, this week-end, will offer you a combination of history, flavours, and flagrances of Franciacorta land.

By train: FNME (Ferrovie Nord) following this itinerary: Brescia - Iseo - Edolo - Bonato-Calino station.
By car: A4 motorway, Rovato exit, take to Cazzago San Martino, then take to Calino, then take to Tenuta Montenisa.
By plane: Bergamo -Orio Al Serio- is the closest airport.
