As cheap as 10 Euros is the ticket price to travel in Italy by train to any destination accross the country until October 12.

It is Happy Train, the promotion Trenitalia has launched to reward people who buy tickets either by phone or by Internet.

Eligibility to take advantage of Trenitalia Happy Train tickets:
- buy tickets online on the Trenitalia website or through Call Center (+39 892021)
- tickets for national trains and for destinations in Italy
- in order to use the ticket, choose one among seven of the days following the purchase date (the Happy Train tickets are valid only for the day and train booked for)
- buy tickets by October 12, 2005

Every day, Trenitalia will be making known on its website trains and trails made eligible for Happy Train tickets.

You’ll are able to travel in 1 class, in 2 class, with Espresso, InterCityNight, InterCity, InterCity Plus, and EuroStar trains.

Prices include seat booking. The offer is valid for as long as places are available. Happy Train tickets cannot be changed or refunded.

After October 12, ended the 10 Euro special price spell, Happy Train tickets will be available on 3 prices basis: 10.00, 19.00, and 29.00 Euro and also travel agents will be enabled to sell the tickets.
