Don’t miss to taste the Verdicchio wine, in the surroundings of Matelica is located a production area of one of the most appreciated wines of Italy. Verdicchio is a wine sweet, delicate with a fragrance of apple, with appearance light straw yellow colour with greenish reflections; it can be served with a fish dishes, pasta, as well as with cold starters and as a sparkling wine.
